1. Government

The U.S.R.P.M is a Nation & an Army. The United Servers of  the United Penguin Militia is full for(U.S.U.P.M). The U.S.U.P.M are an Independent Nation; We are mixed between Republicans & Democratics. Here are the ranks in the Government:

• President: This person can be fired from his/her job if Congress decides to create a bill. The President is allowed to run for only 2 terms. (Term 1)- 6 months, (Term 2)- 12 months.

• Vice-President: This person can become the President if Congress decides to create a Bill and impeach the President. The Vice-President can be fired by the President & only serves with the President for Terms(1 and 2.)

• Senator: These people must be elected & chosen by the people. They can only serve for 4 months & can re-run for a Senate Seat.

• Citizen: Anyone who is not elected, is a citizen of the U.S.U.P.M.

2.Land

Allies & legal citizens are allowed to be in the U.S.U.P.M, they cannot recruit for other armies in the U.S.U.P.M or else that will be passed to Congress to review what type of series of law you have broken. If we have a Land Grant, & you share the server with another army, we will go to war with that army & the Land Grant will be ended.
